SLUMBARAVE

well its a classic story really me and my mate busk went to a party one night and met these girls who basically to cut a long story short they organise these pyjama parties and were doing a big one at Glastonbury. They explained that they were building an enchanted castle at Glastonbury complete with moat and princesses. They offered us “anything” to get us to paint the front, we said yes and gave a long lis of demands and here are the results. they even got us to work behind a secret bar i dressed as pat butcher and busk dressed as frank. What a wicked event you missed that one guys.

The bassline circus. Originally i was asked by Bleach if i could help with his mammoth task of painting the interior mural inside this awesome circus event since myself and busk were on site to paint the slumberrave facade it made sense .. The speaker stacks outside were one of those classic extras that were not included in the job description but i gladly accepted the task on top of the original work load hoping that the paint we had would stretch to this scale of painting ( i mean if i didn’t paint them then they would have surely been left blank! it was one of those last minute things). Notice the ropes i painted down the side i managed to get my tag woven in see if you can work out the letters x e n z. I could not resist painting a few ravens on the top and also a washing machine and a pink ghetto blaster just for fun its about having a laugh relaxing getting stoned and chilling out.

my studio is a mess would you expect anything less.

im working on a piece for an exhibition called 100pieces of havana for which i was sent a full bottle of especial Havana club gold rum to inspire me.

GLASTONBURY

I will be painting murals in the shangrila field for the baseline circus and also the slumberrave along with busk and bleach.

This is the wall at village undergroundin shoreditch East london. its an old crumbly brick wall makes it three times as hard to paint any detail. (unless your tag is snug) it was a wicked day but as usual i was distracted by women and booze.

I was walking by this market stall that sells teeshirts that you see fallen fat rockstars wear on beaches in thailand but today this teeshirt image becomes something to wear with pride , i bought two club wembley tickets to watch hull city play bristol city and not knowing that that they are right in the middle of the bristol city end so keep your eyes peeled for the cat among the robins.
